Hospitality Management and Tracking

RFID bracelets offer hospitality operators the ability to improve guest experiences as the ideal way to conveniently combine on-site purchasing and room entry.

Issuing guests with RFID enabled bracelets when they check in makes cashless transactions in all locations of a hotel, resort, or cruise ship property easy for all members of a family.  Children or adults can purchase food and drinks, optional excursions, greens fees or spa treatments by waving their bracelet at the reader at the point of sale and it all gets charged back to the room.

The bracelets can be restricted to charging items back to the guest’s room bill only. Likewise daily or weekly spending limits provide parents with an extra peace of mind their kids won’t abuse their privileges.

At a beach resort guests don’t have to worry about their wallet or room keys under their towel while they are running in the surf.   Now guests can buy a snack at the pool deck of a cruise ship or a water park without having to dig though pockets to find a soggy bill.

Besides eliminating the need for lugging around their wallet or a credit card and room key the convenience of site-wide purchasing has been shown to increase guest spending.   Entirely cashless payment systems billed to guests room has the added benefit of getting rid of the need to reconcile cash transactions at multiple points of sale.
