Overview

GTINManager allows product data to be synchronized with the Global Data Synchronization Network via the 1Sync repository. It implements the GS1 GDSN standard so suppliers can easily gather and process data on a local computer system, and then send that data electronically to retail trading partners

1SYNC is a GS1 sanctioned data pool that emerged from Transora and UCCnet in 2005. GDSN™ is the Global Data Synchronization Network, a GS1 backed global data sharing environment that enables automated product data sharing of consistent trade item data between all trading partners. Suppliers and retailers exchange synchronized data through data pools, such as 1SYNC, that are connected to the GS1 Global Registry.

GTINManager is an easy and efficient way to organize product data and share the most up-to-date information with trading partners to ensure more accurate transactions of trade items. Sorted by each product’s Global Trade Item Number, GTINManager allows easy fast access to all of an item’s attributes such as product description, weight, size, color, packaging hierarchy, ordering information, expiration dates, etc., making it is easy to add new items, edit existing items, create relationships between items, and select items to send to the data pool (1Sync).
