Readers pick up the ID tags of users such as students or employees as they enter and exit facilities. Multiple ID badges can be read from 15 feet so large shift changes can be recorded quickly without bottlenecks at magnetic readers or sign in area. Attendance records are automatically updated and can be saved in reports and exported to existing HR systems.
RUN- Enroll users
Users are issued RFID ID badges they may or may not contain pictures. These can be printed on pre-encoded ID cards or printed through an RFID ID badge printer.
Supervisors can monitor the attendance in real time and instantly pull up an attendance histories of any pupil / employees.
RUN Monitor Readers
TetraGate Lite has a graphic interface that allows you turn on and off all readers, change the reader role, review the readers’ antenna settings which can be in the Setup Wizard and see the current status of all previously configured readers.
